Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jetset Niemi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brent Huthe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Niemi comes to the cage accompanied by Parker & Clind - Generator. Huthe has chosen Rick Derringer - Real American as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Niemi thows a body shot but no joy.
Niemi throws a hook but Huthe blocks it.

Niemi clobbers Huthe with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Niemi thuds his right hand into Huthe's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Huthe is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Niemi had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Huthe tries to clinch up but Niemi circles away and keeps his distance.

Huthe shoots in for a takedown but Niemi shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
