Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Cole Orion!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Steve Erwin and Eliza Hachem.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Huerta uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Orion has time to react.
Huerta takes a swing at Orion's ribcage but misses.
Huerta throws a looping overhand right but Orion ducks down to avoid it.
Huerta looks to land a combination but Orion avoids it well.
Orion works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Huerta motions for Orion to come forward. Huerta throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Orion takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Huerta finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Huerta misses the jab.
Huerta fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Orion is out of range.
Huerta throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Orion misses the jab.
A decent looking cross lands there for Huerta.
Huerta swats away the attempt to clinch by Orion.
Orion looks to score with a jab to the body but Huerta is just out of range.
Huerta changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Huerta closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Huerta lands in his opponent's guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Huerta stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Orion swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Huerta is working hard here to advance position.
Huerta slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Orion tries to improve position but can't.
Orion is being controlled here.
Huerta wants to control but Orion is keeping him busy.
Huerta working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.
Huerta is working Orion over with some ground and pound from side control.

Huerta lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Orion down.
Orion manages to work his way to half guard, despite Huerta's best efforts.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Huerta thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Huerta tries to pass to full mount but Orion defends it.
Huerta works his foot free and advances to mount.
Orion wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Huerta.
Huerta cracks Orion with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Huerta scores with a couple of good head shots there.

It looks like Cole Orion has been cut.
Huerta lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Huerta looking to finish with strikes here!

Huerta prevents Orion from getting the reversal.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Huerta thowing shots but they're missing.
Orion keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Huerta unloads with some shots from mount but Orion bucks and avoids them well.

Orion blocking the ground and pound.
Orion really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Huerta. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Huerta throwing strikes here but Orion is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

The cut above Cole Orion's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
The referee warns Orion that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Cole Orion's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Cole Orion's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
