Stalone misses with a takedown attempt - Penn sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Stalone tries to close the distance and clinch up but Penn swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Penn fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.

Stalone moves to clinch but Penn breaks away
and Penn counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Penn scores with a hook to the body. Stalone takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Stalone shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Penn sprawls well. Penn wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Stalone gets slowly back to his feet.
Penn is pawing at Stalone, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Stalone's nose. Stalone is badly hurt! Penn pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Stalone tries desperately to hold on but Penn is relentless in his assault! As Stalone receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Penn away and this one is in the books!
