Gross stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Oh Jobber vX is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Gross drives through with a takedown into guard.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
An elbow from Gross crashes against the mat.
Jobber vX really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Jobber vX tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Gross wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gross thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.

It looks like Gross might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
