Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Abril Six (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jean de Brebeuf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). de Brebeuf has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Jean de Brebeuf is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

de Brebeuf clinches up with Six and pushes him back against the cage.
Six really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Six creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
de Brebeuf fails to pull the fight into his guard.
de Brebeuf looks gassed!
Six misses with an elbow strike.
With the fighters up against the cage, de Brebeuf throws an elbow but misses.
Come on Six - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Six misses with a short punch on the inside.
Six is pushing de Brebeuf up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
de Brebeuf is working for takedown but Six is calmly controlling the position for now.
Six prevents the takedown attempt.
Abril Six has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jean de Brebeuf.
Six is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.

Six uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A decent looking cross lands there for Six.

Six stuns de Brebeuf with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Six throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Six lands with an uppercut that bounces de Brebeuf off the cage and back into range.
Six pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

Six lands a slapping body shot.
Six connects with a good right hand that stumbles de Brebeuf. de Brebeuf circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Six lands with a cross.

The cut above Jean de Brebeuf's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Abril Six is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Six misses with a hook. de Brebeuf ducked under it nicely.
de Brebeuf takes a body punch but keeps moving.
de Brebeuf's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Six connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! de Brebeuf scrambles back to his feet.
Six digs a good hook to de Brebeuf's body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Oooooh!!! Six has knocked de Brebeuf down with a huge combo! Six steps away and waves a wobbly de Brebeuf back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Six knocks out de Brebeuf with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Six before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Six picks up the big W with a huge KO!
