Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Loras Tyrell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Enos Erikson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Loras Tyrell has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Loras Tyrell!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Enos Erikson!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Nard Betker and Radbod Blank.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyrell misses with a wild combination.
Erikson takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Erikson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Tyrell sprawls well. Tyrell wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Erikson gets slowly back to his feet.
Erikson closes this distance looking for a takedown but Tyrell circles away.
Tyrell throws a nice looking combination but Erikson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Erikson takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Erikson checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.

Erikson looks for a takedown but Tyrell sprawls well.
Loras Tyrell has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Enos Erikson.

Erikson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Enos Erikson hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Tyrell ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Erikson shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Tyrell as he jumps to the side.

Tyrell lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Erikson circles away quickly and effectively.

Tyrell tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Tyrell bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Erikson's head backwards.
No joy there for Tyrell, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Erikson.
The crowd cheers as Tyrell lands an impressive looking overhand right. Erikson doesn't seem phased though.

Erikson shoots in looking for a takedown. Tyrell tries to sprawl out of it but Erikson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Tyrell manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Tyrell throws a hook but Erikson avoids it easily.
Loras Tyrell is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Tyrell shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Erikson eats them both and turns towards Tyrell to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.


It looks like Enos Erikson has been cut.

Tyrell throws a one two combo.
Tyrell thows a body shot but no joy.
Erikson tries for a takedown but Tyrell circles away easily
enabling Tyrell to counter with a crisp jab.

Tyrell throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Tyrell rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Erikson moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Tyrell is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

Erikson fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Loras Tyrell has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Enos Erikson.

and Tyrell counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Tyrell feints a jab promting Erikson to slip. Tyrell then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Erikson slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

and Tyrell counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Tyrell, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
