Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Clayton Daniels (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Xavier Quatrone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Daniels kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Disengage the Simulator by cKy. Quatrone is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Stronger by Kayne West. Clayton Daniels has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, John Kavanagh and Reed Andrews.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Daniels connects with a solid leg kick.
Daniels misses with a low kick.
Daniels lands with a thumping leg kick.
Daniels changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
A head kick misses from Daniels.
Quatrone shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Daniels eats them both and turns towards Quatrone to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Daniels scores with a leg kick.
Quatrone stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Daniels.
Quatrone looks gassed!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Daniels lets loose with a powerful body kick. Quatrone will feel that in the morning.
Daniels fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Quatrone.
Daniels lands with a kick to the ribs.
Daniels connects with a solid leg kick.
A chopping leg kick lands by Daniels.
That kick from Daniels tenderised Quatrone's leg. Quatrone is trying to keep his angry face on.
Daniels fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Quatrone.

Quatrone gets cracked there but stands up to it.
A slapping leg kick lands for Daniels.
Clayton Daniels seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A nice leg kick lands there from Daniels.
Daniels throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Daniels punishes Quatrone's body with a nice straight punch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Daniels.
Quatrone's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Daniels lands a head kick. Quatrone smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Daniels fakes the leg kick and cracks Quatrone in the body.
Quatrone takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Good leg kick by Daniels there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Daniels lands with a hook. Quatrone tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Daniels delivers a nice body kick.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Daniels drops Quatrone with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Quatrone looks back up at him and smiles so Daniels waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Quatrone is rocked!
Daniels is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
A head kick by Daniels - that's a beauty! Quatrone is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Daniels can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Clayton Daniels!
A relieved looking Clayton Daniels thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
