The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brute misses with a looping right.
Commodore throws a head kick but Brute moves out of range.

Brute feints and as Commodore raises his hands in defense, Brute changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Brute changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Commodore looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Brute looks up at the clock and then as Commodore takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Brute smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
