Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gerald Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shawn Michaels (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Michaels has chosen Sexy Boy as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Gerald Jones has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Gerald Jones seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones shoots in and drives through. Michaels sprawls well.
Michaels keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Gerald Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Jones clinches up with Michaels and pushes him back against the cage.
Jones prevents the takedown attempt.

Michaels lands a takedown into guard.
Jones is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Jones preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Michaels pushes down on Jones's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Michaels thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Jones's head.

Michaels wants to work for an arm triangle but Jones is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jones is staying active underneath Michaels, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Michaels stops Jones from getting back to his feet.
Michaels wants to control but Jones is keeping him busy.

Michaels postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Jones to stand up.
Michaels misses with the combination.
Jones keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Jones misses with a series of wild punches.

Michaels shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Michaels was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Michaels looking for a guillotine from mount but Jones is having none of it.
Jones on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Jones tries to get out of the position.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Jones tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Jones is squirming around, avoiding Michaels's attempts to control the action.
Michaels with shots to the head and body - Jones looks very uncomfortable down there.
The referee warns Jones that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Michaels working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Jones turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Michaels off and cradles Jones's limp body as Michaels celebrates with his corner.

Shawn Michaels decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
