Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jan Paulsen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Mallon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paulsen's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Berserkergang. Mallon has chosen im not afraid as his entrance music. John Mallon is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, John Mallon!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Vladimir Khabensky and Valeri Chadov.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mallon closes the distance and clinches.
A left hand lands to the body for Paulsen.
Mallon fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Mallon tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Paulsen pushes Mallon back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.

Paulsen has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Mallon clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Mallon rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Mallon kicks Paulsen off and gets back to his feet.
Paulsen throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Paulsen scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Mallon looks gassed!
Mallon wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Mallon looks to land a right hand but Paulsen moved out of range.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Paulsen throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
A punch combination from Mallon misses.
Mallon throws a lazy uppercut
and Paulsen counters with a slapping leg kick.
Paulsen scores with a body shot.
Mallon doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Paulsen feints and then cracks Mallon's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Mallon down.
Mallon takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Paulsen lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

It looks like John Mallon has been cut.
Paulsen fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Mallon has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Mallon closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Paulsen.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Mallon takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Paulsen shoots in looking for a takedown but Mallon manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Paulsen's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Mallon looks to land a right hand but Paulsen moved out of range.
Mallon misses with an uppercut. Paulsen saw that one coming.
Mallon on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Paulsen closes the distance and clinches.

Paulsen's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Paulsen lands a big uppercut and Mallon crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Mallon looks OK. Paulsen waves Mallon back to his feet!

Mallon is rocked!

That has opened up John Mallon's cut even more.
Paulsen connects with a picture perfect right hand that knocks Mallon out cold! This one is over in a flash!
