Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between David Reese (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maksimilian Tchepikov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reese comes to the cage accompanied by Ari Gold - Let's Hug It Out, BITCH. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Ivan Kurochkin and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tchepikov throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Reese takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Tchepikov blocks a jab.
Reese slips under a jab.
Tchepikov moves away from the strike by Reese.
Tchepikov throws a lazy right hand but Reese sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Tchepikov misses with a right hand
and Reese counters with a thumping low kick.
Reese displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Tchepikov throws out the jab.
Reese throws a shot from downtown. Tchepikov moves away and avoids it.
Reese tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Tchepikov was well out of range. Poor timing from Reese.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Reese swings and misses with a hook to the body.
The fighters circling - Tchepikov throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

It looks like Maksimilian Tchepikov has been cut.

Reese swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Tchepikov.

Maksimilian Tchepikov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tchepikov lands a nice shot that snaps Reese's head back.
Reese avoids a punch combination nicely.
Tchepikov misses the jab.
Reese thuds a left hand into Tchepikov's body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Tchepikov moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Reese feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Tchepikov sprawling to the canvas! Tchepikov rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Reese finish him?!
Tchepikov is rocked!
Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Reese engages and cracks Tchepikov with a massive lead left hook - Tchepikov tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Reese is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). David Reese!
