Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Durden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Uriel Amok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Amok's choice of entrance music: Devils. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tyler Durden!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Uriel Amok!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Alan Glass and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Durden works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Amok loads up on a big right hand but Durden slips the punch.
Amok takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
A looping hook to the body misses from Amok. Durden does a little dance to reset his feet.
Durden throws a head kick that misses.
Durden doesn't manage to clinch there - Amok circles away.
Amok misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Durden.

Amok manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Durden on his heels. He'll look to pass Durden's guard now, I'm sure.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Amok tries to free his leg and advance position but Durden is retaining full guard.

Amok throws the left hand but Durden avoids the punch easily.
Amok is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Durden rather than just go for the knockout.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Durden tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Amok manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Amok slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Amok throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Durden sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Amok misses with a two punch combination.

Durden lands a leg kick that knocks Amok off balance momentarily.
Amok jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Durden lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Durden's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Amok connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Durden scrambles back to his feet.
Amok lands with an uppercut that bounces Durden off the cage and back into range.

Amok ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Amok takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Durden moves away from the strike by Amok.
Amok slips a straight right by Durden.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Durden with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Amok to score with a decent uppercut.
Durden uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Amok.
Amok misses with a body shot.
Durden is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Amok.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Durden buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Durden connects with a good right hand that stumbles Amok. Amok circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Durden lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Durden takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Amok throws a hook to the side of Durden's head but Durden sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Durden walks into a straight right hand from Amok.
Durden with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Amok looks for a takedown but Durden sprawls well.
Durden tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Durden shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
The fighters circling - Amok throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Amok is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Durden had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Durden tries to close the distance and clinch up but Amok swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Amok rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Durden counters with a straight right hand.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Uriel Amok dominated that round.
That's time! Durden's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Amok throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Durden misses with a looping left.
Amok keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.

Amok feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Amok lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Durden at a distance.
Uriel Amok seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Amok uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Durden.
Amok swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Amok shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Durden's guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Amok passes Durden's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Durden is refusing to be controlled, as Amok sits in half guard.
Amok missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Amok trying to mount his opponent but Durden defends it.
The fighters are battling for position here. Durden manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Amok's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Amok stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Durden swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Amok working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Amok works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Amok seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Durden does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Durden is looking to control Amok's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Durden avoid being mounted?
Amok works his way into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Amok trying to control the action but Durden is working from the bottom.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Durden takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Amok wants to control but Durden is keeping him busy.
Amok throwing strikes but missing, from side control.
Durden tries to buck Amok off but Amok is having none of it.
Amok wants to lay and pray for a moment but Durden keeps working.
This has been an exciting period of action!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Amok sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Durden is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Uriel Amok showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Amok ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Durden moves away.
Amok misses with a hook. Durden ducked under it nicely.
Durden connects with an inside leg kick.
Amok waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Durden.
Amok looks to land a left hand but Durden moved out of range nicely.

Durden displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Amok throws out the jab.

Amok stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Amok wants it to stay on the feet.

Amok looks to land a left hand but Durden moved out of range nicely.

Uriel Amok seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Durden moves away from the strike by Amok.

Amok changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Durden looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Amok wants to lay and pray for a moment but Durden keeps working.

Amok is chipping away with strikes.
A bit of a lull in the action here.
Amok has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Amok moves into full mount!
Amok with shots to the head and body - Durden looks very uncomfortable down there.
Amok lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Amok throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Durden because Amok loaded up on that one.
Tyler Durden has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Amok thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.

Amok is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Durden can't stay in a position like this for much longer.


Durden is rocked!
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Amok lands a big shot to the head and Durden winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:20 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Uriel Amok!
