The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Penguin ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Ki Lin moves away.
Ki Lin stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Ki Lin wants it to stay on the feet.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Penguin. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Hengeyokai Ki Lin showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Ki Lin fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Penguin has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Penguin is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Penguin tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Penguin is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
