Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Greg Jackson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Lander Plast!
The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Plast tries for a takedown but Jackson circles away easily

and Jackson counters with a nice double leg into side control. Plast won't be happy with that.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Jackson moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
Jackson in side control, throwing shots but Plast defends.
Plast tries to improve position but can't.
Plast seems a little lost for a moment, as Jackson dominates the positioning.
Plast is looking to reverse the position.

Jackson decides to stand back up.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Plast doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Jackson counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Jackson missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Jackson is pressing down on Plast's thigh, looking to free his foot. Plast is holding on for now.
Plast tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Jackson has advanced to mount. Uh oh.

Plast tries to improve his position but Jackson has taken his back! Jackson has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Plast tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Jackson pushes Plast away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
