Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Silent Bob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Valadez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Valadez is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Rock of ages. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Valadez as Bob shoots in.
Valadez stuffs the takedown attempt from Bob. Bob gets slowly back to his feet.
Bob changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Valadez tries to avoid it but Bob manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Valadez to the ground. Valadez escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Silent Bob. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Valadez throws a one two combo.
Bob looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Valadez bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Bob is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Valadez off and has taken his back!
I really don't envy Valadez right now.

Bob has both hooks in and is working for a choke. Valadez is in real trouble here. Bob gets an arm under the chin and tightens the submission attempt... is this the end? Yes, Valadez is tapping out! Bob wins by rear naked choke!
