The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kobashi is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Kobashi moves in looking to clinch but Bogan pushes him off.
A head kick misses from Kobashi.

Bogan closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Kobashi to the mat! Kobashi manages to get full guard.
Bogan postures up and lands a big shot to Kobashi's brow.
Bogan prevents Kobashi from getting back to his feet.
Bogan has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Bogan won't allow Kobashi to sweep him here.
Kobashi trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
Kobashi is trying to keep Bogan in close.
Bogan is working Kobashi over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Kobashi has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Bogan off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
No luck for Kobashi with that takedown attempt.
Bogan scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

It looks like Kenta Kobashi has been cut.

Kobashi looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Bogan lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Kobashi is rocked!
Bogan lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Kobashi is looking to close the distance but Bogan sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Kobashi crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Kobashi is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
