Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tiger Bear (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dwight Elkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Elkins has chosen Care Bear Countdown as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tiger Bear!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dwight Elkins!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Elvis Blanc and Ian Loll.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Elkins chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Bear takes a head kick and shrugs it off.


It looks like Tiger Bear has been cut.
Bear tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Elkins was well out of range. Poor timing from Bear.
A solid leg kick lands there for Bear.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Good leg kick by Bear there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Bear chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Elkins can pounce on him.
Tiger Bear seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Elkins dives in and grabs Bear's left leg, looking for a takedown. Bear pushes down on Elkins's head and hops out.

Elkins will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Bear scores with a one two! Elkins had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

No joy there for Bear, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Bear will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

That was a close round but I would say that Tiger Bear will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's time! Bear's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Elkins takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Tiger Bear is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Elkins shoots for a takedown but Bear saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Bear is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Bear throws a solid leg kick but Elkins takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Bear.
Bear lands with an uppercut that bounces Elkins off the cage and back into range.

Bear uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Elkins tries for a takedown but Bear circles away easily
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Donk. Bear catches Elkins right on the button with a cross.
Elkins scores with a head kick. Bear tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Elkins takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Bear stuns Elkins with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Bear throws a quick inside leg kick.

Bear cracks Elkins with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Elkins tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Bear pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Elkins is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:58 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tiger Bear!
An out of breath Tiger Bear thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
