Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Taco Mcgibblets (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thales Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mcgibblets kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is enrique iglesiasI Like It (Jersey Shore Version). Silva comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Do you know what time it is? kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Thales Silva!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Dillan Fox and Trevor Gratis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva misses with a low kick.
Silva loads up on a big right hand but Mcgibblets slips the punch.
Silva misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Mcgibblets lands an overhand right.
Mcgibblets lands a nice shot to the body.
Silva looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Silva swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Mcgibblets keeps the fight on the outside.
Mcgibblets fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Mcgibblets throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Silva stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Silva throws a poor cross that misses
and Mcgibblets counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Silva thinking.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Mcgibblets cracks Silva with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Thales Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A right-left combo lands from Mcgibblets.

It looks like Thales Silva has been cut.
Silva looks gassed!
Mcgibblets dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Silva tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Mcgibblets counters with a lovely straight right hand!

That's one minute gone in the round.

Mcgibblets forces Silva back against the cage and clinches.
Mcgibblets gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

Mcgibblets breaks from the clinch.
The fighters circle momentarily. Mcgibblets darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Mcgibblets sends Silva crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Mcgibblets is motioning to the referee to let Silva up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Silva is rocked!

That has opened up Thales Silva's cut even more.
Mcgibblets scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Silva doesn't seem bothered though.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Mcgibblets cracks Silva with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Silva looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Mcgibblets finish him?
Silva is still on wobbly legs! Can Mcgibblets finish him?
Mcgibblets grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Silva takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Mcgibblets cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!

Taco Mcgibblets tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
