Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dante Plisskin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rafael Van Der Hoef (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Plisskin might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Snake Eater. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Plisskin moves out of range of the strikes.
Van Der Hoef works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Van Der Hoef misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Plisskin connects with a crisp jab.

It looks like Rafael Van Der Hoef has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Plisskin misses the shot to the body.
Van Der Hoef getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Van Der Hoef tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Sloppy strikes from Van Der Hoef. Those never looked like landing.
Van Der Hoef scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Van Der Hoef lands a nice leg kick that just misses Plisskin's sensitive parts.
Van Der Hoef lands with a good body shot.
Plisskin closes the distance and clinches up with Van Der Hoef, looking for a takedown. Plisskin pushes Van Der Hoef against the cage but Van Der Hoef circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
A combination from Van Der Hoef does no damage.

Van Der Hoef fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Plisskin checks it well.

Plisskin closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Van Der Hoef's guard.

Plisskin drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Plisskin as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Van Der Hoef screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Plisskin! Nice submission victory there!

Dante Plisskin decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
