Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Nayzo Marsh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robin Buesching (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Robin Buesching is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Nayzo Marsh!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Robin Buesching!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Radbod Blank and Paulsen Ambrosius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marsh has a takedown stuffed.
Buesching fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Marsh avoids it really well and circles away.

Buesching closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Marsh escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Buesching moves out of range of the body kick from Marsh.

Buesching closes the distance and clinches.
Marsh wants a takedown but no success here.

Marsh pulls Buesching into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Marsh bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Buesching's guard.

Buesching is working an open guard so Marsh takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Buesching is trying hard to land a takedown here. Marsh sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Buesching is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Marsh really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Buesching drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Marsh manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Buesching has Marsh in his guard.
Marsh tries to free his leg and advance position but Buesching is retaining full guard.

Marsh working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Buesching's head.

Marsh is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Buesching avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Marsh advances to half guard.
Marsh wants to control but Buesching is keeping him busy.

Marsh seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Buesching does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Marsh has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Buesching's face.

Marsh gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Marsh tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Buesching manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Marsh shoots in but no luck this time.

Buesching tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Marsh manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Buesching shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Buesching showed some decent athleticism there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Buesching shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Marsh sprawls well. Marsh wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Buesching gets slowly back to his feet.
Nayzo Marsh is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Buesching lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Marsh circles away quickly and effectively.

Buesching tries to score a power double leg takedown but Marsh sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Buesching somewhat.

so Marsh counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Marsh stands and throws Buesching's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Marsh stands up.
Marsh blocks a head kick by Buesching.
Marsh looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Buesching is fending him off so far but Marsh persists. Nope, Buesching circles away and we're back to standing.
Buesching tries to clinch there but Marsh circles away.
Marsh keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Buesching tries to keep at a distance but Marsh has taken the fight into the clinch.

Marsh tightens his grip and picks Buesching up, before dumping him to the ground. Buesching manages to land in guard.

Marsh tries to stand but Buesching is controlling from the bottom.
Buesching is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Buesching is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Marsh is looking to control Buesching's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Marsh avoid being mounted?

Marsh scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Buesching manages to mount him!
Buesching is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Buesching trying to control but he's not successful this time.

Buesching looking to secure an arm triangle but Marsh defends it well.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Marsh tries to hold on but Buesching pushes him away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Marsh wants to control from the top but Buesching keeps moving.

Marsh gets to his feet - Buesching follows without any prompting.
Nice sprawl there from Marsh as Buesching shoots in.
Buesching tries to clinch but Marsh is having none of it.

Marsh has taken the fight to the clinch.
Buesching has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Marsh tries to pull guard but Buesching won't allow it.
Buesching takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Buesching throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Marsh tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Buesching is in Marsh's guard.

Buesching stands and steps away. Marsh gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

and Marsh counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Marsh is looking to take a break and control but Buesching is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Marsh will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Marsh uses his free foot to push down on Buesching's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Buesching.

Marsh goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Buesching turns into him and now he's in Marsh's guard.

Buesching slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Buesching is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Marsh has escaped the position, nice work there.
Marsh tries to improve position but can't.

You can see the frustration on Marsh's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Marsh is working hard here to advance position.

Buesching stands up.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Nayzo Marsh.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Marsh, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
