Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kim Iljong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Macku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Iljong's entrance music is Last of the Mohicans - Promontory . A fine choice. Adam Macku will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 20 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kim Iljong!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Adam Macku!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Shirou Masuda.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Macku throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Macku needs to keep his hands up - Iljong had a free shot at his head there.
Macku misses with a hook
and Iljong counters with a good low kick that Macku was not able to check.
Jab, jab by Macku - just one landing.
Iljong thows a body kick. Macku tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Kim Iljong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Iljong tries to close the distance and clinch but Macku swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Macku throws out a loose jab but Iljong uses good head movement to avoid it.
Macku sizes up Iljong with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Macku swings for the body but Iljong moves out of range.

Iljong fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Macku, pushing him back against the cage.

Iljong tries to throw a body punch but Macku avoids it by throwing Iljong back against the cage.
A frustrated look appears on Macku's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Macku misses with a punch on the inside.
Iljong digs a right hand underneath Macku's ribcage. Macku let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Iljong pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Iljong fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Macku walks into a left hand.
Iljong jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Macku will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Macku fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Iljong checks it well.

Iljong clinches up with Macku and pushes him back against the cage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Iljong misses with a hook to the ribs.
Macku tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Iljong makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
A nice left hand lands by Macku.
Macku will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Iljong up against the cage.
Iljong lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Iljong prevents a body shot from Macku.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Macku can't find room to land a body shot as Iljong controls the action.
Iljong throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Iljong stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Macku looks gassed!
Iljong keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Macku's efforts to push away.
Iljong misses with a punch to the body.
Iljong is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
Iljong lands a hook that snaps the head of Macku backwards.

It looks like Adam Macku has been cut.
Iljong tries to work over Macku's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Iljong lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Macku backwards.
Iljong lands with a short punch from the clinch.
A body shot lands from Iljong.
A left hand lands to the body for Iljong.

Iljong breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Macku looks to land a combination but Iljong avoids it well.
Iljong misses with a series of wild punches.
Iljong dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Macku. That did some damage!
Iljong scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Iljong lunges at Macku with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Macku's hand.
Iljong keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Some wild striking there from Macku.

Iljong lands a left and a right that send Macku crashing to the mat, dazed. Iljong thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Macku is rocked!
Macku on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Iljong. Iljong obviously looking to wear him down.
Macku is still on wobbly legs! Can Iljong finish him?
Macku backs away from a small jab...but Iljong lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Macku crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Iljong with a spectacular finish!
