The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
St Pierre closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Funktastic is looking to reverse the position.
St Pierre tries for a kimura but Funktastic is defending well.

St Pierre is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Funktastic is just riding it out for now. St Pierre eventually gives up the hold.

Mr Funktastic really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Fossington & Blythe: Gentlemen's Fight Attire logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
