Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kimo Leonardo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Naru Jarkko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Leonardo comes to the cage accompanied by Amazing by Kanye West. Jarkko is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Hawaii 78 & E ala E. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Naru Jarkko!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Chris Edwards and James Ackerman.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jarkko throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Jarkko throws a body punch but Leonardo moves out of range.
Jarkko misses with a jab to the body
and Leonardo counters with a stiff right hand.
Jarkko throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Jarkko misses with a hook. Leonardo ducked under it nicely.

and Leonardo counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Leonardo.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Leonardo is fighting to break Jarkko's control of his arms but Jarkko is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

That was a close round but I would say that Kimo Leonardo will probably get the nod.

Jarkko ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Leonardo moves away.
Jarkko throws a low kick but it's checked well by Leonardo.
Jarkko tries to score with a low kick but Leonardo moves his leg out of the way.
Jarkko tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Leonardo was well out of range. Poor timing from Jarkko.
Leonardo steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Jarkko.
Jarkko throws a nice outside leg kick.
Jarkko looks for a takedown but Leonardo sprawls well.

Jarkko looks to land a left hand but Leonardo moved out of range nicely.

Leonardo throws a nice looking combination but Jarkko bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Leonardo swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jarkko misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

Naru Jarkko showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Jarkko wants to take a breather but Leonardo is having none of it.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Jarkko in particular looking to stall.
Jarkko has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
