The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Steven Brown and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Queensberry misses with a body shot.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Queensberry. Wilson shrugs it off though.
Queensberry throws an overhand right that lands on Wilson's shoulder, as Wilson tries to avoid the shot.
Queensberry misses with the combination.
Queensberry listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A punch combination from Queensberry misses.
Queensberry tries to clinch but Wilson is having none of it.
Queensberry uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Wilson.
Queensberry throws a leg kick but Wilson sees it coming and moves out of range.
Wilson throws a right hand that Queensberry ducks under and follows up with a left that Queensberry also avoids with ease.
Wilson tries to bum rush Queensberry with a series of wild strikes but Queensberry uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Wilson lands a jab to the head.
Queensberry feints and then cracks Wilson's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Wilson down.

Queensberry misses with a few strikes there.
Queensberry tries to bum rush Wilson with a series of wild strikes but Wilson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Queensberry fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Edmund Queensberry is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Queensberry slaps away a takedown attempt from Wilson, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Queensberry rushes in with a sloppy looking punch

and Wilson counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Wilson seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Wilson is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Queensberry is in trouble now - Wilson has advanced to mount!
Wilson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Queensberry tries to get back to half guard but can't.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Wilson cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!


It looks like Edmund Queensberry has been cut.

Nick Wilson really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Fossington & Blythe: Gentlemen's Fight Attire logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
