Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nikolai Walujew (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Drako Brystov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brystov is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Mother Russia Song. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, James Glass and Daniel Bishop.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brystov doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Brystov takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Walujew looks to land a combination but Brystov avoids it well.
Walujew fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Walujew throws a series of punches but Brystov avoids them all with ease.

Brystov fails with the takedown
and Walujew counters with a right hand to the body.
Walujew slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Walujew jabs Brystov right on the nose. Brystov blinks but takes it well.
Walujew lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Brystov circles away quickly and effectively.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Walujew lands an overhand right.

It looks like Drako Brystov has been cut.
Brystov looks gassed!
Brystov slips a jab and a cross from Walujew.
Walujew lands an overhand right.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Brystov takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

Nikolai Walujew has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Drako Brystov.

Walujew drops Brystov with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Brystov looks back up at him and smiles so Walujew waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Walujew is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Walujew cracks Brystov with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Walujew has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Brystov to stand back up!

Brystov is rocked!
No joy there for Walujew, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Walujew connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Brystov covering up! Walujew comes in with a big uppercut and Brystov goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.
