The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tamad takes a kick to the side of the head.
Berto moves in looking to clinch but Tamad pushes him off.

Tamad tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Berto tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Tamad wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Tamad postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Berto looks a forlorn figure.

Berto takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Tamad's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
