Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Peter Parker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Walter O Flanigan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Parker comes to the cage accompanied by Spiderman theme. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Ackerman and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Flanigan blocks a head kick by Parker.
Parker goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Parker misses with a jab, cross combination.
Parker throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
O Flanigan moves out of range of the body kick.
A head kick lands from Parker that sends O Flanigan to the canvas. O Flanigan tries to scramble back to his feet but Parker brings him back down into side control.
O Flanigan misses with an elbow from the bottom.
O Flanigan tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Parker wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Parker wants to stand but O Flanigan is controlling his arm.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

O Flanigan misses with a takedown attempt - Parker sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

O Flanigan shoots in and bounces Parker off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Parker is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
O Flanigan connects with a couple of short punches.
Parker is looking to stand up but O Flanigan isn't so interested in that idea.

O Flanigan tries to lock up and control but Parker gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
O Flanigan has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Parker throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Parker cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
The referee warns O Flanigan that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Parker throws some wild stikes that O Flanigan manages to avoid easily.
Parker lands a nice shot to the head.
Parker scoring with strikes but O Flanigan is staying in there.
O Flanigan is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Parker throwing shots from mount but they're not landing.
O Flanigan tries to hold on but Parker postures up.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
O Flanigan wants to get back to full guard.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
O Flanigan shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Parker as he avoids it easily.
Parker connects with a vicious head kick that knocks O Flanigan to the floor! Parker dives in looking for the finish!
O Flanigan is still in real trouble! Can Parker finish him?
Parker is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
O Flanigan flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
O Flanigan manages to get to full guard.
O Flanigan seems to have recovered his senses.
Parker wanted to stand there but O Flanigan had control of the position.
Parker is working O Flanigan over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
O Flanigan controls Parker momentarily but Parker frees himself.
Parker tries to stand but O Flanigan is controlling from the bottom.
Parker throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
O Flanigan is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

O Flanigan utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
Parker throws a head kick that misses.

O Flanigan is dominating on the ground here - he's now on his opponent's back, looking to sink in the hooks. Parker is in real trouble.
O Flanigan connects with a series of strikes and the referee is calling for Parker to escape the position.
You can see the frustration on Parker's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Parker is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.
O Flanigan has the hooks in. Parker is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.

O Flanigan cracks Parker with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

O Flanigan manages to capitalize on a mistake by Parker to take his back!
O Flanigan keeps control of the position as Parker tries to break free.
O Flanigan has got one arm under Parker's chin. This could be trouble... Parker trying to control the other hand but O Flanigan gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Parker has tapped out! The fight is over!
