The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fighter is looking to clinch but Wright is avoiding it.
Wright throws a series of punches but Fighter avoids them all with ease.

Fighter closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Wright quickly recovers to half guard.
Fighter trying to control the pace.
Wright wants to control but Fighter is keeping busy.
Still in half guard, Fighter seems content to control.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Star Fighter wasn't active enough on the ground.
Wright throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Fighter counters with a straight right hand.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Fighter bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
You can see the frustration on Wright 's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Fighter has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Wright !
Fighter lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Fighter postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Wright badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Fighter around the waist but Fighter pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Fighter is the winner by TKO! Fighter jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
