Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Pauly Dee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jordan Church (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Church has chosen Get up as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Church misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Church wants to clinch up but Dee keeps it at a distance.

The fight stays on the outside here - Church looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Dee lands a nice looking body shot.
Sloppy strikes from Church. Those never looked like landing.

Dee shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Church's guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Church is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
