The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderton misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Anderton misses with a few strikes there.

Jones has Anderton up against the cage in a clinch.
Anderton wants to break the clinch but can't.

Jones has clasped his hands together around Anderton's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.

Jones has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Anderton is desperately trying to improve his position but Jones has a good base and remains in mount.

Jones lands a heavy shot. That's hurt Anderton! Jones sees the opportunity and turns up the heat - strike after strike land to the defenseless Anderton and the ref dives in to save him! This one is all over!
