Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brock Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vladimir Vodkastov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Vladimir Vodkastov enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Brock Lee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Vladimir Vodkastov!
The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Fedor Mirinova and Dmitry Maklakov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Vodkastov as he jumps to the side.
Lee fails with a takedown attempt.
Lee tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Vodkastov paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Vodkastov clinches with his opponent.
Lee tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Brock Lee. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Vodkastov has Lee pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Lee manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Vodkastov gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Lee keeping full guard, as Vodkastov tries to pass.
Vodkastov prevents Lee from getting back to his feet.
Vodkastov postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Vodkastov postures up in Lee's guard and throws a big left but Lee blocks it.
Vodkastov won't allow Lee to get back to his feet.

Vodkastov lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Lee is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Lee is breathing heavily.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Vodkastov moves into range and clinches up with Lee.
Vodkastov has Lee pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Lee manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Lee wants to get back to striking at distance but Vodkastov won't allow it.
Lee tries to score a body lock takedown but Vodkastov shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Vodkastov prevents Lee from breaking the clinch.

Vodkastov has picked Lee up - he's going for a ride! Vodkastov dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Vodkastov scores with a couple of good hammerfists.

Vodkastov is trying to work for a kimura but Lee is defending well.
Lee won't allow Vodkastov to pass to mount.

Lee is trying to stand up.
Lee wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Vodkastov.
Vodkastov fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Vodkastov misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

Lee is in a horrible position here. Vodkastov smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Lee is trying to stand up.
Lee might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Vodkastov breaks from Lee's wrist control and lands an elbow.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Vodkastov in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Vodkastov lands a nice shot to the head.
Vodkastov won't let Lee get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
Vodkastov connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
A nice elbow there by Vodkastov.

Vodkastov lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Vodkastov is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Lee is surviving well by controlling Vodkastov's body position as best he can.

Lee is in a horrible position here. Vodkastov smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Vodkastov lands a big shot there that rocks Lee but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
A nice elbow there by Vodkastov.

Oooooh, big shot lands for Vodkastov! Lee is hurt baaadly! Vodkastov is firing away with more strikes - Lee is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
