Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Terrance Fortuna (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Panda Bare (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bare is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Ashes of the Wake. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bare scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Fortuna doesn't seem bothered though.

A jab-cross combination lands for Fortuna and sends Bare crashing to the mat! Fortuna follows him down to the mat - Bare regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

It looks like Panda Bare has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Fortuna thows a huge punch but Bare dodges it nicely.

Fortuna is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Bare doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Fortuna.

Fortuna looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Bare tries to roll over but Fortuna keeps him under control.

Bare is refusing to be controlled, as Fortuna sits in half guard.

Bare moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Fortuna looking to sit in guard and control but Bare gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Fortuna isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Bare stacks Fortuna on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Bare!
Fortuna is looking for a sweep.

Bare's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Fortuna is not content to let Bare control the position.
Fortuna tries to get back to half guard but can't.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Bare stands up and we're back to a striking position.

Bare dodges the punch combination from Fortuna.
Fortuna throws a nice looking combination but Bare bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Fortuna doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

and Bare counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Bare lands a hook that stumbles Fortuna back into the ropes. Bare follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Fortuna to the canvas! Bare pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Fortuna has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!

Panda Bare decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
