Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sting Steiner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bv Rasp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 10 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sting Steiner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bv Rasp!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Steve Smith and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rasp misses with the combination.
Steiner misses the shot to the body.
Steiner does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Steiner misses with the combination.
Steiner misses with a straight right.
Steiner misses with an uppercut
and Rasp counters with a nice uppercut.

Rasp throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Steiner was covering up waiting for the punch and Rasp finishes the takedown easily into guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Rasp drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Steiner manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Rasp has Steiner in his guard.

Rasp looking for a guillotine here but Steiner defends easily.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Rasp is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Steiner is aware though and is defending well.
Steiner controlling from the top position.
Rasp has a closed guard, preventing Steiner from standing up.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Rasp working for submissions but it's allowed Steiner to get to half guard.

Rasp looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Steiner wants to lay and pray for a moment but Rasp keeps working.
Rasp manages to get to full guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Rasp looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Steiner passes into side control.

Steiner decides to stand up, so the ref orders Rasp to his feet.
Rasp on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Rasp lands a jab to the head.
Rasp tries to clinch up.
Rasp takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Steiner connects with a looping right hand.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Rasp works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Steiner scores with a decent looking hook.
Rasp misses with a jab, cross combination.
Rasp looks gassed!
Steiner throws a nice outside leg kick.
Rasp misses with a looping left.
Steiner throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Rasp throws a predictable looking body shot
and Steiner counters with a thumping low kick.
Steiner jabs at Rasp's body.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Steiner. Rasp shrugs it off though.
A slapping leg kick lands for Steiner.
Steiner throws out a powerful jab.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Rasp takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Steiner misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Rasp.
Steiner works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sting Steiner dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.



Steiner tries to keep at a distance but Rasp has taken the fight into the clinch.
Rasp swings wildly with an uppercut but Steiner uses good head movement to avoid it.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Rasp leaning his opponent against the cage.
Rasp makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
A nice right hand lands inside from Steiner.
Rasp working hard to break the clinch.
Steiner lands with a right to the head.


Rasp is rocked!

Steiner breaks the clinch.
Rasp is still on wobbly legs! Can Steiner finish him?
Bv Rasp seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rasp thuds his right hand into Steiner's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Steiner fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The fighters circling - Rasp throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Rasp is breathing heavily.
Steiner lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Steiner darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Rasp's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Steiner before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Sting Steiner!
