Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Takehiko Takaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ninja Berto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Takaki kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Mahavishnu Orchestra - Meeting Of The Spirits. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takaki dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Berto fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Takaki manages to avoid it.
Takaki throws a sloppy head kick and Berto moves out of range easily.
Takaki misses with a right hand
and Berto counters with a left and a right that stings Takaki.
Berto slips a jab from Takaki.
A lazy left from Berto finds it's target.

Takaki stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Takaki wants it to stay on the feet.

Takehiko Takaki is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Takaki shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Berto eats them both and turns towards Takaki to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
