Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Javier Gattuso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Gouli (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gattuso kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is DMX - X Gonna Give It To Ya. Gouli has chosen Lalalala as his entrance music. Javier Gattuso has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gouli shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Gouli missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Gattuso is trying to get back to full guard.
Gattuso moves into full guard.
Gouli postures up in Gattuso's guard and throws a big left but Gattuso blocks it.
Gouli works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Gouli is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Gouli thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Gattuso regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Gouli.
Gouli working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Gouli trying to control but Gattuso is working from the bottom.

Gattuso is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Gouli is aware though and is defending well.
Gouli wants to control from the top but Gattuso keeps moving.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Gouli throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.

Gattuso tries to kick Gouli off but Gouli keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Gattuso wants to improve his position but Gouli is controlling well.

Gattuso tries to kick Gouli off in order to stand up. Gouli Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.

Gouli tries to score with some ground and pound. Gattuso controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Gattuso regains half guard, as Gouli was trying to land strikes.

Gouli stalling away here and it's allowed Gattuso to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
Gattuso not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Gattuso working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Gouli doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Gouli manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Gouli throws a big elbow that misses.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Gouli working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Mike Gouli dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Gattuso moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

It looks like Mike Gouli has been cut.

Gouli clinches up with Gattuso and pushes him back against the cage.
Gattuso gets underhooks to prevent Gouli's takedown attempt.
Gouli is trying to drag Gattuso to the mat but Gattuso just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Gattuso lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Gouli.

Gattuso breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Gouli crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Gattuso - the referee stops the clock and Gouli gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Gattuso. Gouli manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Javier Gattuso is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Gattuso lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Gattuso fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Gouli looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Gouli is breathing heavily.

Gattuso drops Gouli with a beautiful combination! Gouli stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Gattuso is looking for the KO!

Gouli is rocked!

Gattuso grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Gouli takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Gattuso cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!

A very excited looking Javier Gattuso made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
