It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Santoro here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.

Sims turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Sims manages to end up in side control.
Nicky Santoro overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
