Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lasse Rantala (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrzej Maslanka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rantala comes to the ring accompanied by Roy Jones Jr - Can´t Be Touched. Andrzej Maslanka acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maslanka will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Rantala moves out of range of the body kick from Maslanka.

Maslanka closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Maslanka cracks Rantala with a big right hand but Rantala just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Maslanka wants to stand but Rantala has his arm trapped.
Maslanka connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Rantala some visible discomfort.

Maslanka is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Rantala is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Maslanka wants to stand but Rantala has him controlled and pulls him back into his guard.
Maslanka would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Rantala working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Maslanka doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Rantala is tightening it up a little... Maslanka has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Maslanka reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Maslanka taps out! Nice BJJ there by Rantala!
