Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

With a record of 9 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Knock Out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Out throws a right and a left that both miss.
Stevens shoots in for a double leg but Out sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Stevens throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Out's waist but Out gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Stevens off to one side.
Stevens shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Out pinned against the cage. Out gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Stevens perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Stevens's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Stevens has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Jonny Stevens.

Jonny Stevens decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
