Neponen sets himself and throws a head kick that knocks Pettis to the ground! Neponen dives into full mount looking to finish!

It looks like Paul Pettis has been cut.
Pettis wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Neponen.

Neponen is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Pettis is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Pettis flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Neponen anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Pettis and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Neponen slips an arm under Pettis chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Neponen has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Neponen is squeezing on Pettis like an anaconda would it's prey. Pettis fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
