The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mombasa shoots for a double leg takedown but Vengeance sprawls well. He's pushed Mombasa's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Vengeance throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Mombasa counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Vengeance has his feet on Mombasa's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Vengeance tries to bum rush Mombasa with a series of wild strikes but Mombasa uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Vengeance throws a right and a left that Mombasa avoids nicely.
Mombasa shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Vengeance sprawls well. Vengeance wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Mombasa gets slowly back to his feet.
Vengeance throws a one two combo.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Vengeance scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Mombasa throws a leg kick but Vengeance sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Mombasa throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Vengeance.
Vengeance stuns Mombasa with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
