Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Roberto Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Derek Hurley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hurley has chosen Chase & Status feat. Takura-No Problem as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Derek Hurley was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Steven Brown and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie lands the left hand.
It looks like Derek Hurley has been cut.
Gracie gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Gracie wants to sweep here but Hurley controlling him for the moment.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Gracie is on top in guard.
Gracie stands up and waves to Hurley to follow him.
Hurley closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Gracie's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Gracie wants to stand and escape but Hurley is having none of it.
Hurley wants to control from the top but Gracie keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gracie looking to hit a scissor sweep but Hurley is one step ahead there.
Hurley postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Hurley really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gracie. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Hurley loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Gracie pulls Hurley in close to prevent any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hurley cracks Gracie with a solid left hand.
Gracie is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Hurley wants to control from the top but Gracie keeps moving.

Gracie looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Hurley is defending well. Gracie quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Hurley has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Gracie celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
