Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ronnie Wayne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricardo Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wayne comes into the arena with Something in the Way by Nirvana blaring out of the sound system. Silva comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Don Omar ft. Tego Calderon - Bandolero kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Ricardo Silva struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 187.0lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, George Francis and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wayne digs a good hook to Silva's body.
Wayne uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Silva has time to react.
It looks like Ricardo Silva has been cut.
Wayne wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Wayne lands with a good body shot.
Silva shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Wayne counters with a slapping leg kick.
Silva looks gassed!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Silva shoots in for a takedown but Wayne shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Wayne lands a jab.
A shot to the liver by Wayne. Beautiful body shot.
Good exchange - Wayne coming out on top.

Wayne lands the left hand.
Wayne connects with a body shot.
Wayne cracks Silva with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Silva gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Wayne gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Silva is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ronnie Wayne!
