The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Thompson makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Thompson avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Thompson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Carween's waist but Carween gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Thompson off to one side.
A lazy left from Carween finds it's target.

Thompson is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Carween's half guard.
