Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kusok Govna (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andre Perry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Govna might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Morbid Angel - Day of Suffering. Perry has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Govna lands a nice hook to Perry's body. Perry takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Perry looks gassed!

Govna shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Govna showed some decent athleticism there.
Govna working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Govna lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Perry really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Govna. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
