The crowd seem to be enjoying Skipetrova's choice of entrance music: Enter Sandman. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Skipetrova takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Skipetrova looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Jones closes the distance and clinches.
Skipetrova has Jones pressed against the cage, preventing Jones from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Jones manages to pull guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Jones wants to stand up but Skipetrova is controlling him.
Skipetrova wanted to stand there but Jones had control of the position.
Jones is controlling Skipetrova's posture.
Skipetrova stands and steps away. Jones gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Jones cracks Skipetrova with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Skipetrova darts in trying to clinch
and Jones counters with a crisp one two that drops Skipetrova! Jones thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Skipetrova to his feet! Skipetrova is in big trouble!
Skipetrova is rocked!
Jones grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Skipetrova takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Jones cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:02 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Jamal Jones!
