Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sen Nguyen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luke Withers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nguyen kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is "House of the Rising Sun" by the Animals. Withers is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by War Is My Destiny. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Withers throws a nice inside leg kick.
Withers showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Nguyen.

Nguyen gets caught napping as Withers dives in and scores a takedown. Nguyen manages to retain guard.

Withers throws a strike but Nguyen rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Nguyen wants to control from the top but Withers keeps moving.
Withers is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Withers bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Nguyen's guard.

Withers really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Nguyen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Withers is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Nguyen reverses the position - he's now on top in Withers's guard.
