Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nakki Makkara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rock Head (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Head is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Walk. Rock Head has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Nakki Makkara!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Rock Head!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Summer Carpenter and Donatello Bradman.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Makkara misses with an uppercut. Head saw that one coming.
Makkara feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Heads jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Makkara tries to clinch there but Head circles away.

Makkara has Head up against the cage in a clinch.
Makkara has Head pushed against the cage.
Makkara lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Head takes a shot to the head.
Makkara is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
Head has Makkara pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Makkara manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Makkara tries to work over Head's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Makkara.
Makkara lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Head backwards.

Makkara lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

A short right hand to the side of the head by Makkara.
Makkara works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Head tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Makkara just stands there and leans against the cage.
Makkara scores with a shot to the side of Head's head.
Makkara lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Head takes a shot to the head.
Makkara has Head pushed against the cage.
Head jumps guard but Makkara turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Nakki Makkara has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rock Head.
Makkara will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Head up against the cage.

Head jumps guard but Makkara stands there with Head around his waist. Head gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Head is rocked!
Makkara creates some distance for himselfand unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Head's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Head drops to his knees and Makkara pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
