Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hideyoshi Okami (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Couture (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Hideyoshi Okami!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Ryan Couture!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Steven Brown and James Ackerman.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Okami closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Okami lands in his opponent's guard.
Okami won't allow Couture to sweep him here.
Okami is working Couture over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Okami passes Couture's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Couture on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Couture is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Okami scores with a couple of nice shots.
Couture gets full guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Couture controls Okami momentarily but Okami frees himself.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Couture might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Okami kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Couture looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Couture looking for a guillotine here but Okami defends easily.
Okami lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

Okami lands a couple of digs.
Okami controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Couture escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Okami gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Couture looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Okami scoring with some ground and pound.
Couture looking to control.
Okami slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Couture is trying to keep Okami in close.
Okami stands and throws Couture's legs to the side, diving into side control.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Okami is trying to get an arm triangle but Couture is defending well.

Okami is chipping away with strikes.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Okami works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Okami creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.

Okami working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Couture is looking to regain half guard here but Okami keeps moving and retains side control.
Okami lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Okami looks up at the clock and then as Couture takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Okami smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Okami tries for a kimura but Couture is defending well.
Okami in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.

Couture is rocked!

Okami has hold of Couture's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Couture seems comfortable defending it but Okami has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Couture is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Couture is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Okami couldn't care less - he's delighted!

Hideyoshi Okami got down on his knees post fight and begged the management for a title shot. 'Please, I want that title shot so bad! Give it to me!'
