Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sam Malik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mirco Filipovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Malik might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Rocky Theme. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Malik misses with a two punch combination.
Malik on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Malik throws a right and a left that both miss.

It looks like Sam Malik has been cut.
Malik throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Filipovic counters with a head kick. That will keep Malik thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Filipovic stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Malik is rocked!
Filipovic fakes the body blow, causing Malik to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Malik goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
