Maradona manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Gerasimov on his heels. He'll look to pass Gerasimov's guard now, I'm sure.

Gerasimov really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Maradona. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Gerasimov is looking to improve his position but Maradona isn't that keen on the idea.
Maradona lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Maradona lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Gerasimov hang on?
Maradona has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Gerasimov's face.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
